We are delighted you’ll be joining us at The King’s Trust Carol Concert, in partnership with Cunard.
This special evening brings together supporters, partners, and friends to celebrate the season and the impact of our work with young people. If you have any questions ahead of the event, please take a look at our FAQs below.
What are the event timings?
Doors to the church will open at 6:00pm, with the concert beginning at 6:45pm and finishing at approximately 8:00pm.
A reception for VIP ticket holders will follow at The Berkeley from 8:00–10:30pm.
Where is the venue?
The concert will be held at St Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, 32a Wilton Place, London, SW1X 8SH.

For VIP ticket holders, The Berkeley is situated adjacent to St Paul's Church.
Is my seat reserved?
With the exception of sponsors, seating allocation will be based on a first-come-first-served basis, so we encourage guests to arrive early.
Please ensure you bring a copy of your e-ticket with you, either electronically on your phone/tablet or a printed version, so that it can be scanned on arrival.
Ushers will be on hand to guide you to your designated seating area.
If you have booked multiple tickets (i.e. more than 1) and will be arriving to the church separately to your guest(s), please ensure each guest has a copy of their individual ticket. If you have any questions, please contact our events team on carols@kingstrust.org.uk.
Is the church accessible?
Yes. The church has a temporary ramp for wheelchair users and a hearing loop system for guests who use hearing aids.
Please note that gallery seating is only accessible by stairs, and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those who find stairs challenging.

Are there toilet facilities at the church?
Yes, there are toilet facilities available, though they are limited.
Please note that a fully accessible toilet is not currently available on site. If this may affect your visit, do get in touch so we can do our best to support you.
What can I bring with me?
Please be sure to pack lightly, bags larger than handbags/small rucksacks (dimensions 45cm x 35cm x 25cm) are not permitted. Please bring minimal possessions with you. Food and drink are not permitted once inside the church
Is parking available?
There is no general parking at the venue. However, we may be able to arrange parking for guests with disabilities on a case-by-case basis.

Can I take photographs during the event?
You’re welcome to take photos before and after the concert, but we kindly ask that no photography takes place during the performance to avoid disruption.
Video recordings are strictly prohibited.Please note that some photography and video footage will be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know in advance of the concert. By attending this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any other reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the event’s aims.
Will the service be candlelit?
Yes, we will be holding a candlelit service. All adults will be offered a candle, which will be lit during the first congregational carol, please do not give any candles to children. Guests are expected to execute caution when using lit candles, special attention to be given to contact with any loose clothing. Please follow instructions from King’s Trust staff.
